Product Description

Telescopic Type servo robots are automated devices driven by servo motors, distinguished by their telescopic structure and precise control through advanced systems. They excel in high precision (down to millimeters or even microns), rapid response, flexible programmability, and excellent space adaptability—their adjustable stroke enables them to fit different working depth requirements, supporting tasks like gripping, handling, assembly, sorting, deep-cavity material picking, and long-distance conveying. Widely used in electronics, automotive, pharmaceuticals, food processing, packaging, and new energy industries, they greatly boost production efficiency, ensure product consistency, reduce labor costs, and optimize space utilization, while maintaining stable and reliable performance in long-term continuous operations.

Features

1. Three axes(traverse/crosswise/main arm) and five axes (traverse/cross - wise/vertical for main arm & sub arm) are driven by full AC servo motors, take -out at super high - speed 1.4 sec

2. The telescopic type robots adopt special design belt with double speed which can decrease the height of whole robot to result in high speed and stable performance for meeting the requirement of factory height limitation.

3. High performance imported AC servomotor. Working with high precise linear guide rail and imported steel wire belt driven result in high speed, low noise. precision position at ± 0.1mm.

4. Program can be edited according to product requirement which can apply to rapid removal, insert, or complicated automation occasion. It can realize special motion such as array, stack, counting, sample etc.

5. Multiple Protections – the maximum end position is equipped with limit switches, all direction of end position equipped with anti - collision device which can prevent the motion out of control. Complete safeguard for IMM and robot to ensure safety running

6. Lightweight construction design to work with microprocessor well result in significant power saving.

7. Module construction design, dismantled parts can be packed separately. This design is easy for assembling module parts no matter on the operator side or non - operate side on the spot directly if customers want to change

8.Electrical parts adopt the world famous brands to provide stable quality and interchangeable traits.
