Product Description
This product equipped with a precision brushless DC motor or hybrid stepper motor, combined with a full-digital microcomputer control system or a dedicated PLC touch screen controller, the product accurately implements preset proportions via a 304 stainless steel precision metering screw. It can link and synchronize with signals of various molding machines for synchronous operation, ensuring consistent product performance. Suitable for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other plastic molding production, it enables automatic proportional feeding and mixing of 1 main material with 1-3 types of masterbatches/additives (including new materials and reclaimed materials). In addition, two-color, three-color and four-color models are available to meet the needs of different scenarios.
